Good location (15min walk to town centre / cathedral) with great bonus of private secured parking -- which can be difficult in Amiens. Underground carpark (10eu/day) has just one flight of stairs to Reception on ground floor and then there are lifts, so not as difficult as mentioned in another review. You need a 'radio' key fob from reception to get into the parking which is situated BEFORE the Reception entrance on a one-way street and parking spaces are very narrow. Young chap at reception was very helpful and telephoned me to ensure I could still get in when I was running late. Rooms on 4th floor are quiet (being away from street), with good views. Room I had was bright, clean, modern, spacious and had everything you might need for a short stay - even including a combination safe. Bed very comfy although pillows were too soft - could be firmer to provide support. Good shower, windows can be opened if stuffy. An excellent room-with-kitchenette and probably the best I have tried in France so far. TIP: Follow signs for the GARE when driving into Amiens and it is not far.

A central location on the grounds of an old but modernised military barracks it is within easy walking distance (800m) of the town centre makes this place very attractive. Underground and secure parking is very good for motorcycles and cars. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room although a little small was based around a self contained flat with cooking facilities and utensils available for use, but visitors would need to remember to bring their own drink making preferences. Bed was comfortable and breakfast catered for a good range of preferences and check out was not until 1100 which was useful.

The staff made this stay amazing. We arrived just before the reception desk closed and struggled to find the underground parking so parked on the street outside and checked in. The staff member was so helpful and kind, sorting us with the parking code (entrance is through a gate just up from the hotel), changed our room to give us a quieter time and a better view, and helped us with directions to town. The room was cosy and quiet with a large bathroom. Clean and neat. Perfect for a night or two in Amiens.

The staff were very helpful, you felt they were always happy to help. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast. The hotel is secure with a fob to get you in the main door if there are no staff on reception. Location of the hotel is very good, maximum 15 minute walk from the centre of town and all of the attractions. Amiens itself is a lovely place with plenty to do. It is also a fairly short drive away from other nice towns eg Beauvais.

Sarah

The hotel is centrally positioned and at close proximity of the railway station. Room are well equipped, clean, quiet, offer free WiFi and beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast provides a variety of food supplied in sufficient quantity. Reception staff are welcoming and can communicate in the English language. The establishment is competitively priced and rooms are always available during holidays.
